Overview

What you’ll learn

The program follows the upLift method: comprehensive, system-based training grounded in the work Joe Pilates handed down. Rather than working through beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, you’ll learn the full system through the 5 Spine Shapes, so you can adapt to every client in front of you. [The certification this program leads to.]

The Full Pilates System

Mat, Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Chairs, Barrels, Ped-O-Pul and props, in order.

The 5 Spine Shapes

Functional Anatomy

Cueing & Class Flow

Adapting to Each Client

Including injuries, pregnancy and special populations.
